Imperfectionz Art: Mobile Classroom Policy At Imperfectionz Art, we believe in the beauty of the process and the unique charm of handmade creation. To keep our mobile classroom rolling smoothly, please review our booking and participation policies: 1. Payment & Booking Full Payment Required: To secure your seat in any of our mobile sessions, classes must be paid in full. Due Upon Receipt: Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is processed. Invoices are due immediately upon receipt to ensure we have enough supplies prepped for your creative journey. 2. No Refund Policy All workshop registrations are final sale. Because we prep custom kits, specialized paper strips, and travel to your location, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you cannot attend, you are welcome to "gift" your seat to a friend—just let us know who is coming in your place! 3. The "Imperfectionz" Guarantee Unique Artistry: Please remember that paper quilling is an intricate, handmade craft. Because every hand rolls a little differently, there is no guarantee of a "perfect" or identical finished product. Embrace the Flaws: Our mission is to help you create a piece that is uniquely yours. Whether your Lola has extra-large claws or a quirky tail, we celebrate the "imperfections" that make handmade art special. Completion: While our instructors strive to help every student finish their piece during the allotted time, completion depends on individual pace.
